Sales Representative
Help homeowners protect their biggest investment with premium roofing solutions. Inspections, consultations, closing.
What you'll do
- Run pre-set appointments with homeowners in your territory
- Conduct thorough roof inspections (we train you fully)
- Educate homeowners on their options — no pressure, just clarity
- Build proposals and close deals on the spot
- Manage your pipeline through our CRM
- Collaborate with our production team for smooth installs
What we're looking for
- Drive — you're competitive and self-motivated
- Coachability — open to feedback and willing to learn
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Comfortable working outdoors and on ladders
- Sales experience helpful but not required — we train
